What's a Hashtag?
A word or phrase preceded by a hash or pound sign (#) and used to identify messages on a specific topic.
Search any of the Hashtags below by clicking on them and a new window will open up in Twitter with the search results. |
What's a Twitter Chat?
An event on Twitter that typically happens weekly with the topic denoted by the #Hashtag. You can participate in a chat by responding to questions by the chat moderator and including the chat #Hashtag in your responses.

Following People?
Following someone in Twitter means that you subscribe to that users activities. Any Tweets (content created) or ReTweets (items re-posted) by that user will show up in your Twitter home page feed.
